An itemised quote
Every quote is broken into plain lines: the things we will buy, travel and logistics for your errand, any costs paid to other people (such as a cleaner or a vendor), and Pamojo’s fee. Pam confirms your final price within 48 working hours.
A first payment, then a final payment after proof
- Errands that involve buying or paying others: you pay 70% to start and 30% after you have seen the proof.
- Visits, checks and reports: paid in full up front, because the price cannot change.
- Ongoing care such as monthly property checks: billed monthly in advance.
You can pay with a Nigerian or foreign Visa, Mastercard or Verve card through Paystack. Your card details go to Paystack, never to us.
When market prices move
Prices in Nigerian markets can change between the quote and the shopping trip. If the total rises by less than 10% (or ₦5,000, whichever is higher), we go ahead and the difference is settled in your final payment. Above that, we message you first, and you choose to approve, choose something else, or skip the item. If we do not hear back within six daytime hours, that item is held and the rest of the errand carries on. We never spend above the limit without your agreement.
Receipts for everything
Every purchase is photographed with its receipt and added to your errand. When the errand is done, you can see what was quoted, what was spent and what is left.
Money left over
If we spend less than quoted, the difference becomes Pamojo credit for your next errand or is refunded to your card, whichever you prefer.
Cancelling
If you cancel before anything is bought, you get a full refund minus the card processing fee. After buying has started, you get back what has not been spent, minus a fee for the work already done. Our refunds and cancellation policy has the details.
