Receipts for everything bought. If prices rise more than 10%, we ask you before spending.

The person receiving reads out a one-time code, so you know it reached the right hands.
Signed agreements
A short agreement for every errand, signed on your phone, with a copy sent to you.
Pay the rest after proof
You pay 70% to start errands that involve buying, and the rest only after you have seen it done.

The proof standard
What every errand must include
- Time and place
- Photos and video taken in the Pamojo app, stamped with when and where they were taken.
- Receipts
- A photo of every receipt, matched against your quote so you see what was spent.
- Recipient confirmation
- A one-time code read out by the person receiving, or their signature if they have no phone.
- An honest note
- If something went differently (traffic, a price change, nobody home), it is recorded and you are told.

A signed agreement for every errand
One short page, signed on your phone, covering what we’ll do, the price, the first payment and your filming choice. A copy is emailed to you.
Your keys and property
When we hold keys or enter your property, the agreement records exactly what we’re allowed to do, and every visit is logged.
Land and property checks
We gather evidence and report what we find. It’s not a legal guarantee of title, so we always recommend a lawyer or surveyor for the final steps.
Vendors and commissions
When we arrange vendors for you, any commission Pamojo receives is disclosed to you in writing. No hidden deals.
Privacy and consent
Filming for marketing is off unless you say yes, and anyone filmed can refuse. Hospital visits happen only with the patient’s or family’s consent.
When something goes wrong
Tell us within seven days of the proof. We investigate and put it right: redo the work, a partial refund or a full refund.
