If a person on the ground in Nigeria can do it, we can take it on. People ask us to buy and deliver food and gifts, visit parents and patients, look after homes, check land before they pay, watch over building projects, arrange visits home and help with events. If your errand is unusual, just describe it to the concierge.

All 36 states and the FCT. Travel is quoted for your specific errand, so you only pay for the distance and time your errand actually needs.

Every errand comes with proof: photos and video taken in our app and stamped with the time and place, receipts for everything bought, and a code read out by the person who received it. You see all of it before you pay the final amount.

You get an itemised quote. For errands that involve buying things or paying others, you pay 70% to start and 30% after you have seen the proof. Visits, checks and reports are paid in full up front because the price cannot change. You can pay with a Nigerian or foreign card.

Market prices move. If the total goes up by more than 10% (or ₦5,000, whichever is higher), we message you before buying, and you choose to approve, pick something else, or skip the item. If there is money left over, it becomes credit or is refunded.

The concierge replies straight away and gathers your details. Pam confirms your final price within 48 working hours (Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm (Lagos time)), and often much sooner.

The first replies come from the Pamojo Concierge, an AI assistant that gathers your details quickly at any hour. Pam personally reviews every request, confirms every price and handles every errand. You can ask for Pam at any point.

Only if you say yes. Filming for marketing is off unless you choose to allow it, and anyone filmed can refuse. If an errand is confidential, the proof comes to you alone.

Yes. We visit the site, gather documents and local information, and give you a written report of what we found. A land check is evidence to help you decide. It is not a legal guarantee of title, so we always recommend a lawyer or surveyor for the final steps.

Yes. Before anything is bought, you get a full refund minus the card processing fee. After buying has started, you get back what has not been spent, minus a fee for the work already done.

Yes. Companies, churches and associations use Pamojo for supplies, deliveries, donations and representation in Nigeria. Tell the concierge about your organisation and what you need.
