1. Why we film
Proof is the heart of Pamojo. We record photos and video during errands so that you can see, from wherever you are, that the work was done as agreed. Footage is taken in the Pamojo app and stamped with the time and place.
2. Who sees proof footage
Proof from your errand is shared with you, and with any family members you choose to share it with. It is not public. Pamojo staff can see it to run and check the errand.
3. Marketing use is opt-in
We do not use footage from your errand on Instagram, our website or anywhere else unless you have clearly said yes. You can change your mind at any time from your account or by messaging us. We will then stop using that footage in new posts and remove it from our own channels where we can.
4. Consent from the people filmed
Even when you allow marketing use, we also ask the people who appear in the footage. Anyone can refuse to be filmed, or ask for their face not to be shown. We never use footage of children for marketing, and we never film patients without their consent, or their family’s where they cannot consent.
5. Confidential errands
If you mark an errand as confidential, we film only what is needed for proof, the footage comes to you alone and it is never used for marketing. You can also choose "photos of items only, no people".
6. Places where filming is not allowed
Some places, such as certain hospitals, banks, government offices and private estates, do not allow filming. There, we record what we are permitted to and give you a written account of the visit, plus receipts or stamped documents where available.
7. How long footage is kept
Proof footage is kept for 24 months, then archived securely. You can ask us to delete it sooner, unless we need it to resolve a dispute.
8. Stock media on this website
Until our own library is ready, some photos and videos on this website are licensed stock media from Pexels and Picsum. They do not show Pamojo clients or their families.
